Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Lee Wai Hong (003436479-V) collects, uses, stores, and shares personal data when you use LWH Media Center at https://tv.leewaihong.com.

1. Data we collect

• Account and profile data: name, email address, role, creator profile, avatar, preferences, and authentication records.
• Content data: videos, audio, artwork, thumbnails, captions, descriptions, tags, publication dates, and processing metadata you provide.
• Usage data: pages and content viewed, playback progress, views, favourites, subscriptions, and feature interactions.
• Technical and security data: IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, cookies or session identifiers, request and error logs, and security events.
• Communications: support requests, reports, and other messages you send us.
• Connected-platform data: when you connect Facebook or TikTok, we may receive platform account identifiers, display name, avatar, granted scopes, Facebook Page information, token expiry, creator capabilities, publication identifiers, and delivery status. Access and refresh tokens are stored in encrypted form and are not displayed back to users.

2. How we use data

We use personal data to authenticate accounts; provide upload, processing, streaming, podcast, administration, and creator features; publish to third-party platforms only when selected; maintain playback and account preferences; communicate service and support information; prevent fraud and abuse; diagnose faults; comply with law; and improve reliability and usability.

Where consent is required, connected-platform publishing occurs only after you connect the platform and choose the relevant publishing option. You may withdraw that permission by disconnecting the platform, subject to processing already completed.

3. Sharing and service providers

We disclose data only as reasonably needed to operate the Service, including to:

• Meta/Facebook and TikTok when you ask us to connect or publish;
• hosting, media storage, delivery, email, database, and security providers, including Cloudflare services used for media delivery and storage;
• professional advisers, authorities, or other parties where required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and the Service; and
• a successor in a legitimate business transfer, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell OAuth credentials or access tokens. Third-party platforms process data under their own privacy policies.

4. Cookies and sessions

We use cookies or comparable storage for essential login sessions, security, preferences, and service operation. Blocking essential cookies may prevent login or some features from working.

5. Retention

Account and content data are generally kept while the account or content remains active. Connected-platform credentials are retained until you disconnect, the credentials expire, or they are no longer needed. Operational and security logs are kept for a limited period appropriate to troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and legal duties. Deleted data may remain temporarily in protected backups until the normal backup cycle removes it. We may retain specific records longer where required by law, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or enforcement of agreements.

6. Security

We use measures appropriate to the data, including HTTPS in transit, access controls, and authenticated encryption for supported secrets and OAuth tokens. Existing secrets are not returned through normal Admin pages or APIs. No system can guarantee absolute security; please contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, export, restriction, objection, or deletion of personal data. You can update available profile settings, disconnect connected platforms, and manage content through the Service. To make a data request, follow our Data Deletion Instructions or email waihong80@gmail.com. We may verify your identity before acting.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children below the age permitted to consent to online services in their jurisdiction. If you believe a child provided personal data without valid consent, contact us.

9. International processing

Service providers and connected platforms may process data outside Malaysia. Where required, we use reasonable contractual or technical safeguards for such transfers.

10. Changes and contact

• 通訊： 支援要求、舉報及你發送的其他訊息。
• 連接平台資料： 連接 Facebook 或 TikTok 時，我們可能取得平台帳戶識別碼、顯示名稱、頭像、已授權範圍、Facebook 專頁資料、憑證到期時間、創作者功能、發佈識別碼及傳送狀態。存取及更新憑證會加密保存，不會在一般介面回顯。

2. 資料用途

我們使用資料來驗證帳戶；提供上載、處理、串流、Podcast、管理及創作者功能；僅按你的選擇發佈至第三方平台；保存播放及帳戶偏好；發送服務與支援訊息；防止欺詐與濫用；診斷問題；遵守法律；以及改善可靠性與易用性。

如法律要求同意，只有在你連接平台並選擇相關發佈選項後才會處理第三方平台發佈。你可解除平台連接以撤回權限，但已完成的處理不受影響。

3. 分享及服務供應商

我們只在營運服務合理所需的情況分享資料，包括：

• 你要求連接或發佈時的 Meta/Facebook 及 TikTok；
• 託管、媒體儲存與傳送、電郵、資料庫及保安供應商，包括用於媒體傳送及儲存的 Cloudflare 服務；
• 法律要求或保障權利、安全及服務所需的專業顧問、主管機關或其他人士；以及
• 合法業務轉讓中的承接者，並採取適當保障。

我們不出售 OAuth 憑證或存取權杖。第三方平台會按其私隱政策處理資料。

4. Cookie 與工作階段

我們使用 Cookie 或類似儲存以提供必要的登入工作階段、保安、偏好及服務運作。封鎖必要 Cookie 可能令登入或部分功能無法使用。

5. 保存期限

帳戶及內容資料一般在帳戶或內容有效期間保存。連接平台憑證會保存至你解除連接、憑證到期或不再需要為止。營運及保安紀錄只保留一段與排錯、防濫用及法律責任相稱的有限時間。刪除的資料可能暫時保留在受保護備份內，直至正常備份週期移除。如法律、爭議處理、防欺詐或執行協議要求，我們可較長時間保存指定紀錄。

6. 保安

我們採用與資料相稱的措施，包括傳輸時使用 HTTPS、存取控制，以及為受支援的秘密與 OAuth 憑證使用認證加密。現有秘密不會經一般 Admin 頁面或 API 回傳。任何系統均無法保證絕對安全；如懷疑未經授權存取，請立即聯絡我們。

7. 你的選擇與權利

按適用法律，你可要求查閱、更正、匯出、限制、反對或刪除個人資料。你可在服務內更新可用的個人設定、解除平台連接及管理內容。請依照資料刪除指引或電郵 waihong80@gmail.com 提出要求。我們在處理前可能核實身分。

8. 兒童

本服務並非供低於其司法管轄區網上服務同意年齡的兒童使用。如你認為兒童在沒有有效同意下提供資料，請聯絡我們。

9. 跨境處理

服務供應商及連接平台可能在馬來西亞以外處理資料。在法律要求時，我們會採用合理的合約或技術保障。

10. 變更與聯絡
