Data Deletion Instructions

Effective date: 26 August 2026

You can request deletion of personal data held by LWH Media Center, operated by Lee Wai Hong (003436479-V).

1. Disconnect Facebook or TikTok

Open the Distribution settings in your Admin or Creator account, choose the connected platform, and use Disconnect where available. This removes or disables the locally stored connection and encrypted access credentials and may attempt to revoke access with the platform.

Disconnecting does not automatically delete videos or other content already published on Facebook or TikTok. Delete those posts directly through the relevant platform.

2. Request account or data deletion

Email waihong80@gmail.com with the subject LWH Media Center Data Deletion Request. Include:

• the email address registered to your account;
• your account or creator name;
• whether the request concerns LWH Media Center, Facebook, TikTok, or all connected services; and
• whether you want specific data deleted or the entire account deleted.

Do not email passwords, client secrets, access tokens, or other sensitive credentials. We may ask for reasonable proof that you control the account.

3. Processing time

We normally acknowledge a verified request within 7 days and aim to complete it within 30 days. Complex requests, legal obligations, active disputes, or necessary identity verification may require additional time, in which case we will provide an update.

4. What deletion covers

Subject to your request and applicable law, deletion may include account and profile data, locally stored OAuth tokens and connected-account metadata, uploaded content and its metadata, saved preferences, and pending processing or publishing jobs.

We may retain limited records where required for legal compliance, fraud and security prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement of agreements. Deleted data may remain temporarily in protected backups until the normal backup cycle removes it.

5. Confirmation

你可要求刪除由 Lee Wai Hong (003436479-V) 營運的 LWH Media Center 所保存的個人資料。

1. 解除 Facebook 或 TikTok 連接

在 Admin 或 Creator 帳戶開啟 Distribution 設定，選擇已連接平台，並在可用時按 Disconnect。這會移除或停用本地保存的連線及加密存取憑證，亦可能嘗試向平台撤銷權限。

解除連接不會自動刪除已發佈到 Facebook 或 TikTok 的影片或其他內容。請直接在相關平台刪除該內容。

2. 要求刪除帳戶或資料

電郵至 waihong80@gmail.com，主旨填寫 LWH Media Center Data Deletion Request，並提供：

• 帳戶登記電郵；
• 帳戶或創作者名稱；
• 要求涉及 LWH Media Center、Facebook、TikTok 或所有連接服務；以及
• 要刪除指定資料或整個帳戶。

請勿在電郵傳送密碼、Client Secret、存取權杖或其他敏感憑證。我們可能要求合理證明，以確認你控制該帳戶。

3. 處理時間

我們一般會在核實要求後 7 日內確認收到，並以 30 日內完成為目標。如要求複雜、涉及法律義務、現有爭議或需進一步核實身分，可能需要更多時間，我們會提供更新。

4. 刪除範圍

視乎你的要求及適用法律，刪除範圍可包括帳戶與個人檔案、本地保存的 OAuth 憑證及連接帳戶資料、上載內容與相關資料、已保存偏好，以及等候處理或發佈的工作。

如法律合規、防止欺詐與保安、處理爭議或執行協議有需要，我們可保留有限紀錄。已刪除資料亦可能暫時存在於受保護備份，直至正常備份週期移除。

5. 完成確認
